Daniel’s Story
One could say I was born into Old First– ever since my birth, my parents brought me to church. Now I’m old enough to make my own choices: church is something I treasure. I’m busy with high school, so I don’t make service every Sunday. And I wouldn’t call myself a “devout Christian.” But I cherish the community at Old First that accepts me for who I am and supports me as I continue to question and explore what it means to be faithful. As I move on to college and adulthood, I’ll hold Old First near and dear. I hope to be a part of the family for years to come.
