We’re currently down two staff people — the outreach coordinator and property monitor’s positions. Which leaves Mindy and Michael a bit more stretched than normal. (And Michael is hunting and pecking with his wrong hand and Mindy is hobbling in her boot — what a pair of colleagues!)
They have realized that they have some, simple office tasks — clerical and data-input — that they could easily farm out to a part-time, temporary volunteer or two. If someone could even give an hour or two a week, it could help them getting the work done.
Tasks are fairly straightforward like inputting outreach volunteers, worship visitors and attendance records, or sending out e-mails to market our service camps. (Don’t be nervous: if you can e-mail, we can train you in anything we are needing help with.)
