Pictures are worth 1,000 words. The soffit & fascia over the patio near Orianna Street was badly in need of repair. Though the gutters were in fair shape, the wood around them had rotted and fallen away. Kurtz Construction is doing a great job replacing the badly rotted wood with new materials that should last for several lifetimes.
