Celebrating Our Graduates!

We Celebrated Our Graduates on Sunday, June 2. Let us keep them in our prayers as they get started in new directions… 

  • Alexa Sherr graduated from Penn with a degree in nursing. She has job offers, but is holding out for a position at HUP in Oncology. 
  • Allison Hughes, Kathy Sykes’ granddaughter, graduated with a Master’s in Nursing from Jefferson and will be taking her boards to become a Nurse Practitioner this summer. 
  • Elijah Forrest graduated from Collingswood High School and is headed to Georgia Tech in Atlanta. He expects to study Engineering and Computer Science. 
  • Lucas Kreuzer, Pam’s son, graduated from George Washington University with a Master’s degree in Policy Studies / Political Science and will be a researcher for Jacob Hacker at Yale studying the Democratic Party, policy outputs at the federal and state levels, and its coalition across geography and class.
  • Madeline Forrest graduated from Collingswood High School and is headed to the University of Vermont in Burlington where she hopes to study Anthropology on the way to becoming an Archeologist.
  • Meg Bigelow graduated from Wesleyan University with a degree in Sociology and is doing an Americorps year with the Dream Project, handling their social media.
  • Prince Mitchell graduated from Smyrna High School in Smyrna, DE and will be attending Delaware State University in Dover. 
  • Tess Cahill, Sue Scaff’s granddaughter, graduated from Bard High School in Manhattan and is headed to Amherst College. 
  • Trixie Steiner-Rose is graduating from Arcadia University with a degree in teaching and hopes to get “rehired” by the School District of Philadelphia for her second year!
