In our community, people are always coming and going. And people are welcome to participate as they are whenever they are present. Still, we do invite people to consider becoming members of our community. Why? Well, it makes sure that we as a church are trying to help them find their place among us. Likewise, it’s a commitment for each of us to make — to stick with it when it’s easy and when it’s not. There’s a spiritual promise that getting through those tough times bring their own deeper reward. And our community depends on that kind of commitment.
Michael is gathering a new members’ class now to join the church sometimes after Easter. If you are interested (even if you aren’t sure), let him know — talk to him; drop him a note; write something in the pew attendance pads.
