Someone asked Michael the other day, “What do you do with all the yolks and whites from the eggs you empty to make the cascarones?”
“The Easter breakfast egg casseroles.” Imagine a crustless quiche, but supersized. Old First cooks are gathering on Saturday afternoon to prepare them for breakfast the next morning.
The rest of us bring everything else. A potluck breakfast with your church family for Easter.
Some bring juice. Others bring covered dishes. Bacon or ham. Or special rolls or buns. Whatever you want to contribute to the common table…
It’s a nice way to gather before worship — we get to catch up and greet one another, hug and wish everyone a Happy Easter before the main worship even begins.
We hope you will join us. And bring a friend.
