Our Farmstand will again be open on Saturday, June 4, from 11 am until 1 pm. For the freshest (harvested that morning), most local (grown right here) produce anywhere in eastern Center City.
This week we will have:
~Collard Greens (and recipe suggestions)
~Kale (including recipes for Michael’s Kale Chips and Kristen’s Kale/Asparagus Stir-Fry)
~Mint
~Oregano
~Spinach
~Radishes
And Mindy’s Famous Iced Tea!
(All the above, will also be offered, along with other food, to the guests at our Saturday Food and Clothing Cupboard, 10 – 11 am.)
