We have reached out to folks who are free during the day, our retirees and others. But we haven’t gotten to everyone. And anyone is invited.
We empty the eggs (freezing the whites and the yolks for egg casseroles we make for Easter morning breakfast) and wash out the shells as the first step in preparing the Cascarones.
It’s not hard. But it’s fun. Lots of sitting around the table and chatting. If you want to join us, no RSVP necessary. Just show up in the Social Hall about 1 p.m. next Wednesday, April 2.
