Everyone is welcome to join in the fun on Sat., Dec 3 at 7 pm. We will provide cookies, snacks and cider! Christmas carols will be in the air!
If there is anyone who would be interested in leading our children in crafts (for use as decorations) please let us know and we will provide the materials!
We traditionally decorate one tree that is placed in the Social Hall the next day (since our shelter guests are resting while we are decorating). There will be two new pre-lit trees that will need crismons hung on them and plenty of wreaths to hang!
In our efforts to be “green,” we place a “Christmas Card” tree in the Lower Narthex. This tree is intended to hold cards for our church family. So if you would like to extend a Christmas greeting to someone at Old First, you are welcomed to hang your card on this tree that will be placed in the Lower Narthex, under the stairs near the large, black trunk. We hope you can join us on Saturday, December 3rd. Please let us know if you can join us.
