Michael will be hosting two guests at the end of the month.
The Rev. Ruth Garwood is a UCC pastor and the former head of the UCC Coalition for L, G, B, T Concerns. She’s currently serving an interim position with the UCC congregation in Chagrin Falls. She will be in Philadelphia to offer two workshops at the Trans Health Conference.
Hideo Watanabe was referred to Michael by Carl Kleis. Hideo is here in the United States from his native Japan. Working out of the Reform Church Center at New Brunswick Seminary, he is doing research on the role of 18th century Christian missionaries in the modernization of Japan.
