This year we made postcards for Easter. We sent one to every visitor since summer who has given us their address.
Now we want to ask you to spread Old First’s invitation farther. Take a minute and think who might like your invitation. Easter is one of the times that people might even be wishing they had a church to go to… And if someone offered to bring them?
So take a postcard and envelope after church this Sunday. Add a little note about why you are inviting them or where you will meet them. And get it in the mail in the coming week (as Sunday, March 24 is Palm Sunday already!)
Or make a call, or invite a relative or friend in person.
Here’s our schedule of services:
Palm Sunday — March 24, 11 a.m.: Join us as we welcome Jesus into Jerusalem (and as we process around the Sanctuary with our Palms).
Maundy Thursday — March 28, 7 p.m.: Join us as we gather with Jesus and his disciples for the Last Supper
