Old First invites you to remember and honor your mother (or other cherished people in your life) by “purchasing” a blanket. Contributions of $5.00 (or more) allow Church World Service (CWS) to purchase blankets for people in crisis situations in the US and around the world. It also purchases tents, food, and other supplies in the wake of a disaster, and helps address the root causes of poverty and helplessness.

You and your honored loved ones names will be listed in the bulletin on Mothers Day, May 13, 2018. There are also cards that you can mail letting your loved ones know that you made a donation in their honor. Please open your hearts this season and blanket the world with love!
