We will meet in the Christian education building, next to the church. You may bring a lunch to class. Each class consists of an introduction, viewing a video by theologian James Alison, followed by group discussion, and ending within one hour. Alison’s approach to interpreting scriptures does not emphasize their historicity but rather the truths about God and humanity conveyed by the events or sayings. This approach conveys a powerful understanding of God’s purposes and our response, strengthening our faith. More details in next week’s E-pistle.
