A new study opportunity, Living the Questions, begins on Monday, Jan. 24. The consecutive sessions will take place on every 4th Monday of the month. We will begin at 6 p.m. with dinner. The study will run from 6.45 to 8 p.m. Street parking will be available.
The whole course is 22 sessions, broken into 3 different groupings. We will begin with “An Invitation to Journey.” Subsequent sessions in this first grouping include:
Taking the Bible Seriously; Thinking Theologically; Stories of Creation; Lives of Jesus; Paul’s Passion for Christ; Out in our World– Challenges for Progressive Christians.
Mainline liberal and progressive Christians often worry they do not know their own faith sufficiently– what it offers, how it calls them to follow. Join this study and explore. This program won’t offer you someone else’s answer, but it promises to ground you and empower you in the on-going religious conversation that our progressive Christianity offers.
