New Program Ideal for Lay Leaders through Lancaster Seminary

New Program Ideal for Lay Leaders through Lancaster Seminary

Lancaster Theological Seminary is offering a new, online ministerial leadership program. The three-year program is offered through the Seminary’s Ministerial Institute of the Pennsylvania Academy of Ministry.

The Ministerial Institute program is designed for lay ministers, people who are considering a ministerial career, and individuals who either want to prepare for a graduate theological education or who seek an alternative to a graduate theological degree.

The Ministerial Institute offers ecumenical theological education for students of all Christian faith traditions through online classes plus an on-campus summer session for one week each year.

Apply now for the first on-campus summer session that runs from July 21 – 26. An associate degree or equivalent is required for admission. Tuition is $3,000 per year for the three-year program. Individual classes are also available, ranging from one to three units for $600 per unit.

Lancaster Seminary continues to offer three accredited graduate degree programs: Master of Divinity, Master of Arts in Ministry and Leadership, and Doctor of Ministry.
