The Bulletin Board
The bulletin board got put up today. We’re trying to get it full of signs and announcements about all the life that goes on in our faith community and hopes, to bring life to others.
It only needs a “banner” that will fit between the posts about the bulletin board that will have the church’s name and contact info. And where to find our church office.
The Lighting of the Church Sign and the Bollards
We have engaged our regular electrician, Tobias, to finish the lighting out front. He will be bringing the electricity from the building so that our church sign is lit at night. And we have ordered the bollards that will run across the new walkway towards the Orianna Street stairs. We need the “antique bronze” bollards (to match the other ones and the church sign), but they have a 6- 8-week wait time, so the project won’t be finished until Thanksgiving or even Advent. But you should see the beginnings — trenching, pouring the concrete bases, and laying the electric lines in the next week or so.
