What Better Time to Invite Someone to Come to Church with You

Take a minute and ask yourself, “Is there someone I should invite to church?”

We’re hardly hardline proselytizers. More of the soft sell church types: “I’ve found that church adds to my life; helps me in these ways… Would you like to come with me sometime?”

And when you think about it, maybe there is someone who has been left alone or without a church home or facing some challenge or celebrating some special blessing. Maybe an invitation to share the meal, or remember the cross and experience the joy of Easter is just what he or she needs.

But without your invitation, the offer of “I’ll meet you there, so you don’t have to walk in alone,” or “I can pick you up on my way” is all the difference she or he needs…

It might be as simple as forwarding the 04.16.14 E-pistle with a personal note and your invite…

Please spend a moment in prayer and see if there is a friend or family member or colleague you would like to invite to church…
