POWER Center City Congregations’ Leaders will meet on Zoom on Monday at 3:30 pm to prepare for a meeting with District 1 Councilman Squilla at his City Hall office on Tuesday at 3:30 pm.
We want his support for the “We Make Philly” affordability campaign. In particular, we want him to introduce legislation to raise the Homestead Exemption as high as legally possible to give Philadelphians a property tax break. He needs to see that voters support our efforts to make Philly more affordable for everyone, especially those struggling most economically. If you want to get involved, please speak with Michael.
